A New York judgetoday (August 14) tossed two weapons charges against Yung Berg.

According to TMZ, the judge dropped the gun charges because the guns which the cops confiscated belonged to Berg's security. Berg did not appear in court.
Berg is expected to yield to court of justice in December to face the minacious and ganja charges but his attorney, Robert Kalinas, thinks the charges will be dropped.
